Oversized Shipping Policy

This product is excluded from free shipping and instead ships via LTL freight. Freight shipping rates vary based on address and will be calculated at checkout. Products that ship via LTL freight typically require a 1-2 week processing time before shipping.

LTL Freight Shipping Delivery Requirements

This item will ship on a semi truck. You will receive shipment tracking information once your order ships. The shipment carrier will contact you to coordinate delivery time, and an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for delivery.

If delivering to a residential address, you must ensure that there is adequate semi truck access, including adequate turnaround space.

Circumstances that could impact delivery (or may incur additional fees):

  • Very narrow driveway
  • Dead-end street
  • Steep driveway
  • Deliveries to Apartments: The carrier will take the item to the building's loading dock or the nearest ground-level entry.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule.

Carriers are only able to deliver Monday-Friday during normal business hours, and they will typically give you a 4-hour delivery window. If you miss any phone calls from the carrier or driver, please return the call as soon as possible to ensure that you schedule the delivery in a timely manner.

In the event that the driver is unable to deliver the shipment, the order will be delivered to a nearby shipping facility or returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for any additional storage, reshipment, or return shipment fees that are incurred.
