Return & Refund Policy

Out There Vans is committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be satisfied with your order and experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of ship date. Exclusions apply. Please review return policy in product description for eligibility and exclusions.

30 Day Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of ship date.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once a return is initiated we will email you a shipping label and instructions for mailing your return. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. (Return shipping label costs vary based on package size and weight.)
  • Any applicable payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns need to be sent back in complete packaging in an unused condition. All plastic packaging bags, cardboard packaging, labels, tags, and any other items included with the product MUST be returned. If an item is returned used or damaged (and damage upon arrival to customer was not previously indicated as reason for return) additional fees will apply based on the condition of the returned item and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment minus the return shipping expense, payment processing fees, and restocking fee if applicable.
  • If an order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, our 7 day damaged order return or replace policy applies. Please see below.


To initiate a return, we will need you to provide us with the following details:

  1. First and last name on the order
  2. Your order number
  3. Description of why you want to return the product

Once you have gathered these details, please email this information to info@outtherevans.com with the subject “Order Return” and we will work with you on the return.


Damaged Order


In the scenario that concealed shipping damage, wrong item was shipped, or a manufacturing defect is found, Out There Vans will cover the return shipping costs and payment processing fees. Please note that natural flaws or variations in any wood products are not manufacturing defects, and that all wood cabinetry comes unfinished and will require sanding and finishing. 


If an order arrives containing damaged or incorrect products, please submit the following information to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement. To help you with your damaged order, we will need the following information:

  1. First and last name on the order
  2. Your order number
  3. Detailed description and photos of the damage or defect

Once you have gathered these details, please email this information to info@outtherevans.com with the subject “Damaged Order” and we will work with you to either issue a complete refund or send a replacement.


Refunds


Once issued, refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process and appear on your account, but typically within 3-10 business days. If you do not see your refund after 2 weeks of email notification that a return has been issued, please contact us with reference to your order number at info@outtherevans.com.


Exchanges


Out There Vans does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please return your purchase (30 Day Return Policy applies) and place a new order.


Cancellations


As soon as an order is placed, we begin processing the order and preparing items for shipment to your address. For this reason, we are unable to offer order cancellations. If you place an order by mistake and would like to return your purchase, please follow the instructions for our 30 Day Return Policy above.
