Shipping Costs 

Out There Vans offers free shipping on most orders over $150 to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Some products are excluded from free shipping including but not limited to oversized items such as awnings. Shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping vary based on address and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time is typically 4-5 business days. Orders often ship in multiple packages. The shipment tracking information you recieve will include tracking for each package in the shipment. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer. 

Returns are subject to return shipping costs and applicable credit card fees. Out There Vans does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

All deliveries will be made through Out There Vans’ shipping partners, which may change from time to time at our discretion. The shipping method used will be at the discretion of Out There Vans.

 

Oversized Shipping

Fiamma awnings are excluded from free shipping and instead ship via LTL freight. Freight shipping rates vary based on address and will be calculated at checkout.

Awnings ship directly from the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for receiving and unloading the shipment. The shipment will arrive on a semi truck; if shipping to a residential address truck access and turnaround space is required. If a semi truck cannot access the shipping address location, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest shipping hub and the customer will be responsible for picking it up. Additional freight charges may apply if delivered and held at a hub.

Fiamma awnings have a 3-5 day processing time before shipping. You will receive tracking information after your order has shipped.


Lost Package 
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon Out There Vans’ delivery of the items to the carrier. If your package has not arrived by the designated time, please contact us for help tracking your package and if necessary, placing a replacement order. Email info@outtherevans.com.


Damaged Upon Arrival 
Inspect before sign off. When your package arrives, please inspect the package with the carrier present. (They may not want to wait for you, but you are entitled to this right.) During your inspection, if you notice that there is damage due to shipping, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. If you DO accept the package and you notice upon opening it that there was concealed damage, please follow the damaged order instructions below.
