Shipping policy

At Out There Vans, we work directly with select manufacturing partners and top gear brands to bring you the best selection for your build. Because some products ship directly from third-party partner warehouses, shipping rates and package counts vary based on the items in your cart.

Shipping Destinations

Out There Vans ships exclusively to street addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Free Shipping & Calculated Rates

How Free Shipping Works

We offer Free Shipping on eligible items for orders over $150 within the lower 48 states. Shipping eligibility for each item is clearly noted on its product page.

Eligible Products: All Out There Vans products and select partner brands qualify for Free Shipping on orders over $150.
Calculated Shipping Products: Certain partner brands and direct-from-manufacturer items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout based on the destination address.

Mixed Carts & Thresholds

If your cart contains a mix of free-shipping eligible items and calculated-shipping items:

Free shipping will apply to the eligible items (once the $150 threshold of eligible products is met).
Calculated shipping fees will still apply to non-qualifying third-party items in the same order.

Processing, Transit & Multiple Packages

Processing Time: Standard orders typically process within 2–3 business days before shipping.
Transit Time: Standard transit time is typically 4–5 business days once handed to the carrier.
Multiple Shipments: Because we utilize partner fulfillment centers across the country, orders containing items from different brands will often ship in multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package in your order as it ships.

All shipping carriers and delivery methods are selected at the discretion of Out There Vans and our manufacturing partners.

Oversized Freight Shipping (Fiamma Awnings)

Fiamma awnings are excluded from free shipping and require specialized LTL Freight Delivery.

Processing Time: Fiamma awnings require a 3–5 business day processing time prior to shipment. Freight tracking information will be provided once dispatched.
Freight Delivery Requirements: Awnings are delivered on a semi-truck. The customer is responsible for receiving and offloading the shipment upon arrival.
Delivery Location & Access: The delivery location must be accessible by a full-sized semi-truck. If a semi-truck cannot safely reach your address:
- The shipment will be held at the nearest freight carrier hub for customer pickup.
- You will be responsible for picking up the shipment from the hub.
- Additional storage or holding fees assessed by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Inspection & Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Visible Damage: Inspect the packaging with the carrier present before signing off. If you notice external shipping damage, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE and instruct the driver to return it to sender.
Concealed Damage: If you accept the package and discover damage upon opening, contact us immediately at info@outtherevans.com so we can initiate a claim and help arrange a replacement.

Lost Packages & Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all purchased items passes to you once Out There Vans or our manufacturing partner delivers the items to the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@outtherevans.com. We will assist you in opening a carrier trace and, if necessary, placing a replacement order.
