Important Notes & Pro Tips

Mounts Over Factory Foam: Both covers fit right over the existing factory foam B-pillars without modification, eliminating tedious prep work.
Tuck Under Weather Stripping First: On the passenger side, position the cover and use a finger or trim tool to pull the rubber weather stripping over the edge of the trim piece—tucking the flange underneath—before drilling or fastening.
Pre-Drill Hardened Steel: You must pre-drill pilot holes through the flanges using the included 1/8” drill bit. The Transit B-pillar is hardened steel, so self-tapping screws cannot pierce the metal on their own; pre-drilling is required before securing the covers with the provided 1” screws.
Install Before Paneling:For best results, install these covers before putting up your final wall and ceiling panels so they can slide cleanly behind the integrated flanges. Post-panel installations are possible but may require custom trimming.
