  • Install Before Paneling: For best results, install this trim piece before hanging your final wall panels so they can transition cleanly. Post-panel installs are possible but may require custom trimming.
  • Weather Stripping Alignment: Once the trim is positioned over the C-pillar, use your finger or a plastic trim tool to carefully work the factory door weather stripping over the left edge of the panel for a clean, sealed finish.
  • Proper Alignment: Ensure the trim piece sits squarely over the C-column and rests properly above the factory trim piece near the floor before securing it in place with the provided self-tapping screws.
