Say goodbye to bare metal doors and upgrade your van's interior with the Out There Vans Mercedes Sprinter Middle Rear Door Panels. Designed to seamlessly fill the empty metal spaces on vans without rear door windows, they are compatible with 2019-current Sprinter VS30 van models. These door panels are crafted from premium 1/4" baltic birch and are CNC cut to ensure a perfect fit. The wood panels are untreated, allowing you to customize them with paint, stain, or a clear finish to match your van build. These middle rear door panels come with a hardware kit that includes U spring nuts, bolts, and washers for easy and secure installation.
Specifications
- Compatible with VS30 Mercedes Sprinter van models from 2019 - present including low and high roof 144", 170", and 170" EXT wheelbases, and 1500, 2500, and 3500 van chassis
- NOT compatible with NCV3 Sprinter van models (manufactured 2007 - 2018)
- Designed to fit on the middle part of you van's rear doors
- Includes left and right door panels
- Constructed from premium 1/4" baltic birch plywood
- CNC cut in-house at our shop in Grand Junction, CO
- All mounting holes are pre-drilled for perfect alignment
- Comes with a hardware kit that includes U spring nuts, M6 x 10mm bolts, and washers.
Installation
Easy installation with included hardware kit. No rivnut setting tool required! You will need a 4mm allen hex key. Please review the installation instructions below. A printed copy of these instruction and installation video QR codes will be included with your order.
Important Notes
We perform a light sanding pass through before packing, however please expect to finish sand the panels before painting/finishing and installation. This is a natural, unfinished wood product. Variations in wood grain and color are natural and are not a product defect. For the longevity of this product, you will need to either prime and paint or stain and seal this product. If left unfinished, the wood is more likely to warp or become damaged due to the temperature and humidity fluctuations that naturally occur in a van. We recommend using exterior grade finishes for our products for optimal performance and durability.
