Installation Requirements: The Trenta should be installed using an appropriate compatible rack or exterior mounting system. Not designed or recommended to attach directly to an unsupported door panel.

Weight Considerations: This box weighs 99 lbs empty without any gear. While the door hinges on your van can support this load, you must be careful not to exceed your gear rack's weight limit. If you are using the Tec Vanlife Sprinter gear rack, the limit is 180 lbs, leaving roughly 80 lbs for gear. If you use another brand, please verify the load limit for your specific rack prior to installing and loading this storage box.
