Install Before Paneling: For best results, install this entire kit before hanging your final ceiling and wall panels so they can slide cleanly behind the integrated flanges.
Mark and Set Rivnuts: Position the overhead and vertical panels to mark your mounting hole locations. Drill the marked holes to 23/64”, then install the provided 1/4-20 rivnuts into the van frame.
Thread Locker Recommended: Apply a drop of thread locker (like Loctite) to all bolts during assembly to prevent them from loosening over time from road vibration.
Secure the Overhead & Verticals: Mount the overhead piece first using two 1/4-20 bolts. Next, position the vertical side panels and secure them with five 1/4-20 bolts on each side.
Anchor the Verticals: Complete the installation by threading one 3/8-16 bolt directly into the existing factory threaded holes on both the driver and passenger sides.
