Important Notes & Pro Tips

Hardware Setup: Finger-tighten all M8 bolts first to avoid cross-threading. You will need a 6mm Allen wrench for the three standard panels, and a 5mm Allen with a 13mm wrench for the rear bump-out panel.
Anti-Shift Locking Brackets: The included locking hardware secures the panels directly to your side rails. This prevents the bed frame from sliding forward during hard braking or rocking when you sit on the rear edge.
Seamless Sleeping Surface: The interlocking panels naturally create a minor 3mm dip in the center for clearance. Placing any standard van mattress on top completely absorbs this, giving you a perfectly flat sleeping surface.
