Mercedes Sprinter Lower Rear Door Panels (Pair)

Say goodbye to your Sprinter van's flimsy plastic stock door panels or bare metal doors. Upgrade your van's interior with the Out There Vans Mercedes Sprinter Lower Rear Door Panels. Designed to fit 2019-current Sprinter VS30 van models, these door panels are crafted from premium 1/4" baltic birch and are CNC cut to ensure a perfect fit. The wood panels are untreated, allowing you to customize them with paint, stain, or a clear finish to match your van build. For a secure installation we recommend using our hardware kit which includes Rivnuts, bolts, and washers.

Specifications

• Compatible with VS30 Mercedes Sprinter van models from 2019 - present including low and high roof 144", 170", and 170" EXT wheelbases, and 1500, 2500, and 3500 van chassis
• NOT compatible with NCV3 Sprinter van models (manufactured 2007 - 2018)
• Designed to fit on the lower part of you van's rear doors
• Includes left and right door panels
• Constructed from premium 1/4" baltic birch plywood
• CNC cut in-house at our shop in Grand Junction, CO
• All mounting holes are pre-drilled for perfect alignment while replacing your factory door card
• Available to purchase with or without hardware kit
• Optional hardware kit includes Rivnuts, bolts, and washers

Installation

• Can be installed with factory push connects or rivnuts. We recommend installing with rivnuts (included in our optional hardware kit) for the most secure installation method.
• A rivnut setting tool is required to install with the optional hardware kit (tool not included)
• If installing with our optional hardware kit, you will also need to use an electric drill with a step down drill bit to slightly enlarge the factory stamped holes to accommodate M6 Rivnuts and bolts.

Important Notes

We perform a light sanding pass through  before packing, however please expect to  finish sand the panels before painting/finishing and installation. This is a natural, unfinished wood product. Variations in wood grain and color are natural and are not a product defect. For the longevity of this product, you will need to either prime and paint or stain and seal this product. If left unfinished, the wood is more likely to warp or become damaged due to the temperature and humidity fluctuations that naturally occur in a van. We recommend using exterior grade finishes for our products for optimal performance and durability.
