All mounting holes come pre-drilled for perfect alignment, making it easy to replace your stock door card.

We now offer this upgrade in two premium material options. Choose our classic unfinished Baltic Birch for a fully custom look, or select the ultra-rugged Black Hexaply for a durable finish that is ready to install straight out of the box.

Important Notes & Pro Tips

Finish Sanding (Baltic Birch): We perform a light sanding pass before shipping, but please expect to do a quick finish sand on the raw Baltic Birch panel before painting or staining.

Natural Wood Variations: The unfinished Baltic Birch option may feature variations in grain and color. These are natural characteristics of raw wood and are not product defects.

Sealing Requirement: To prevent warping from temperature and humidity fluctuations inside the van, the raw Baltic Birch panel must be primed/painted or stained/sealed. We recommend exterior-grade finishes.

Black Hexaply Ready: The Black Hexaply option is completely pre-finished. It requires no sanding, painting, or sealing, and can be installed immediately.

Installation & Tools Required: Please note that some ProMaster vans do not feature factory-stamped holes for every door card location, meaning you may need to drill new holes to complete installation. Additionally, if installing with our optional hardware kit, you will need a Rivnut setting tool and an electric drill with a step-down drill bit to slightly enlarge the holes for the M6 Rivnuts (tools are not included).
